Agreement

Social Good (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides this website and its services subject to these Terms of Service. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users must be at least thirteen years old. If a written Service Agreement exists between you and Social Good, its terms take precedence over these Terms of Service in the event of a conflict.

Intellectual Property

This site and all materials available on it are the property of Social Good and/or our partners or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may download or print individual pages for personal use only, provided copyright notices remain intact. No modification, reproduction, or distribution is permitted without express authorization. By uploading information to the site, you grant us rights to use that information for operating, maintaining, developing, improving, and building out the Social Good platform and tools.

We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for particular purposes. Users agree to indemnify the company from claims arising from their breach of obligations.

Support

Support is available via web-based chat, help articles, and potentially phone or email through Service Agreements. Users are expected to cooperate and provide accurate information when seeking support.

Registration & Passwords

Users must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering. We may suspend accounts if information is suspected to be false or incomplete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities that occur under your password or account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at legal@socialgood.com.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOCIAL GOOD SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. This applies even with prior notice of the possibility of such damages. We do not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. Users acknowledge using the site “AS-IS.”

Termination

We may cancel or terminate your right to use the site or any part of the site at any time without notice. All restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

Refund Policy

All purchases and payments on, through, or related to the site are final and non-refundable, except as specified in separate Service Agreements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. You may not assign your rights without written consent; we reserve the right to assign our rights in connection with a sale of assets.
