A small percentage applied to transactions processed through the platform. Higher-tier plans buy down that rate – from 2.97% on Standard to 1.97% on Expert. And 80–90% of patrons cover the fee themselves when given the option at checkout.

Yes. At checkout, patrons are given the option to cover the fee. This is entirely optional, but in practice 80–90% choose to do so – meaning most organizations operate at near-zero effective cost.
Can I upgrade plans later?
Absolutely. Start on Standard and move to Professional or Expert at any time. Your data, configuration, and integrations carry over seamlessly.
Is there an implementation fee?
